Description: |
| We are seeking a hard-working, diligent, and skilled individual to perform preventative maintenance and repairs as necessary in accordance with the standards of Marriott Hotel. |
Duties: |
| Include but are not limited to:
Preventative maintenance throughout the hotel; Replace or repair fixtures; touch-painting as needed; maintain exterior of building and grounds as necessary; repair or replace carpet, tile, or marble and windows or mirrors; repair and maintain heating/air conditioning system; use tools and equipment in safe, efficient manner. |
Qualifications: |
| At least 1-2 years experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other general maintenance. Position requires availability for flexible scheduling of morning or evening hours. Must be available to work holidays and weekends. Must be able to lift minimum of 75lbs manually or with dollie if necessary. Must be able to walk or stand for prolonged periods of time as well as bend, lift, stoop, reach, climb stairs, or stretch to accomplish tasks. CPO certification a plus. |
