Responsibilities include: Being the first contact for customers in the Service Department, both in person and over the phone.
Act as a liaison between the technicians and the customers.
Recognize potential issues with repairs and customers and take appropriate actions to alleviate them before they escalate.
Maintain customer satisfaction by precisely and accurately presenting repair details, setting proper expectations, and being clear, concise, and timely in communications with the customer.
Properly invoice service orders according to departmental procedure.
Work in a team environment to exceed customer expectation through error-free, timely and comprehensive repair. |
Duties: |
Daily customer interaction, phone calls, checking computers in for repair.
"Running interference" for the technicians and Service Manager.
Answering calls for technicians and making calls for status updates.
Helping around the shop as needed. |
Qualifications: |
•Strong knowledge of Apple products
•Excellent communication skills: written and verbal
•Excellent customer service skills
•Ability to recognize common hardware and software issues
•Ability to follow procedures and policies
•Attentiveness to detail
•A willingness to learn |
